They're the ringleaders in the FOTA vs FIA battle, which represents a convenient get-out come the end of the season, and it's interesting that the team that broke ranks and put in their entry is the team currently being supplied with engines by Toyota. Yes, Frank has a race team to safeguard, but his willingness to go against the engine supplier is interesting given that he's got one of their drivers in the car.
