Qualifying changes. Tech changes. Constantly. The costs add up. Shouldn’t he be held under some kind of rule book similar to those by which he governs and punishes F1 teams? He wants to [...] Here’s some information for you: Williams, Brawn GP, and Force India are going to volunteer for the budget cap whether it passes or not. It’s not likely they’ll have the funds to pass it anyways, or if they do, only barely. Nothing significant. Not in this economy. |
